Guard Your Hearts

As today closes, I can't believe this my third entry for the day, I just want to say to guard your hearts. It s so important as part of being the support of a partner in a dangerous job. Not only firefighter wives. Really everyone. Many, many years ago I stopped even watch the news because of this. All I am going to say is that you are what you eat. What you put in, is what your head will be filled with. As we watch and and read all of these sad stories today, watch yourself. Don't fill yourself with worry and doubt.
